Hornbeam, Knaresborough (Abbey Rd). In Little Ribston turn R to Spofforth, Follifoot. Cross A658 Harrogate by-pass into Rudding Lane, past Rudding Park. L into Crimple Lane, take cycle path through Great Yorkshire Showground, with optional coffee stop at Fodders, or The Park. Reasonably flat: 486' total climb.
